The spreadsheets has 108 monthly returs which is the total sample size, but each resampling has 108 data point?
this seems odd to me cos this will include every single data in the total sample size already?

抽样是有放回的。一个数字可能被反复抽到，即108个data points并不意味着样本中所有的数都要被抽出来。
哪怕是200个、300个data points，由于这种 有放回 的抽样设置，也可能只抽到了样本中的一部分数字。
