这个考点是原版书里面的一小段以及这段话下面的脚注：
sample analog指的是1/n * ∑这种写法，而expectation operator指的是E(X)这种写法。
总体的方差=E[X^2] - E(X)^2，这是expectation operator的应用，
而现在我们可以用sample analog的方法重新写一遍，也就是用1/n*∑替换E(X)，那么总体的方差 = 1/n*∑X^2 - (1/n * ∑X)^2。
这个考点不是很重要，他就是在说用求和符号∑和1/n来替代E(X)。
