同学你好，一个公司的Equity是不随股价的波动而随时发生变动的，common stock在会计上是指的股东投资的所有本金金额，和公司股票的市场价格是无关的
首先，原有的老股东在账面上的common stock的余额是一个确定的不会随市场价格改变 的值，记录是历史的股东真正投资该公司的时候给的现金的那个金额
而增发的股票，即便导致市场的股价下跌，但对公司来说依然是募集到了新的股东资金投入，依然收到了一笔真金白银，这个钱收到了多少，就按照这个金额也计入common stock。所以只要新发股份，公司common stock肯定金额会变大
