Indemnity Plan: 保险人可以在任意医疗服务机构看病，但需要付a specific percentage of the “reasonable and customary” fees
Health Maintenance Organization: 保险人可以花很少的钱，或者不花钱去医疗结构做检查，或者看小病，以防止小病变成大病
不是说小病不能用Indemnity plan，而是在有Health maintenance organization的情况下，更好的选择是后者
