同学你好，market　value你可以看成就是股票的price

而未来现金流折现之和是intrinsic　value的定义，可以看作是股票的value

price和value根本就不是一个东西，Equity一直在讨论的就是价格和价值不一致，价格最终会回归价值的这个理论。如果两者始终一致，那equity这门课都没有存在的必要了不是吗？
