这道题问的是资产2的一些特征的对错,首先A选项说的是Operating expense risk是由owner来承担,但是我们可以看到题目中是有reimbursement revenue,这就是说租户会承担Operating expense,这个reimbursement revenue就是租户把operating expense给回给房东的一个收入,所以这里说的是房东来承担风险,这个其实是租户在承担这个风险,因为这笔费用是租户在支付的。

B选项说的是 largest tenant的租约是长于三年的,我们可以看到它有anchor的租户,那么这种就是大型的、租约比较长的租户,租约一般都是长于3年的。

C是说它的租约有很大一部分要跟销售收入挂钩,但是我们可以看到它的租金是180万,但是跟销售挂钩的other income是1.5万,这个比例非常小,所以也是错的哈。
