这个题主要考的是外部数据的应用。当使用外部数据的时候,我们需要对其进行调整后才能当成内部数据,因此cyber risk mean 是 fraud loss mean 的 300/100 = 3 倍,所以我们可以认为银行的 cyber risk mean 也是 fraud loss mean 的 3 倍,所以银行的 cyber risk mean = 3*50 = 150;standard deviation 同理。
