dual-class share structures.一般是对公司的创始团队，或实际决定权人有利。

机构投资者就是养老金、主权财富基金、捐赠基金等机构。机构投资者的钱一般不会集中在某几个公司上，分散化投资使得机构投资者在一家公司的股权占有上一般是小股东的身份. 很少会是持有这个具有投票权的股份的。
