请单独详细解释A选项会带来的影响，我的理解A选项的Fund的种种操作是在干预一个已经运行不错的公司的治理，有点像股东来捣乱的，所以A选项带来的影响我无法判定是正面的还是负面的


Hello，亲爱的同学~

A选项是指：通过给管理层写信、要求并解释建议的变更、参与与分析师的管理讨论或与管理团队私下会面等方式与管理层接触。


同学的这个考虑，也是有一定的合理性。

对于一家运行完善的公司来说，如果有一些不够专业的fund乱提意见，确实是来捣乱的。


不过CFA这里，有一个默认假设，同学留意一下。

CFA认为，在美国市场运行的Fund，都是专业能力很强的，为股东利益最大化来思考的。

如果这个fund是专业的，他会看到上市公司的问题，提出一些宝贵的建设性意见，对公司是正面影响的。
