同学你好，注意题干，说的是common-sized B/S表

common sized B/S表下，所有项目都是除以的资产只和得到的一个ratio

而衡量efficient use of assets，请看以下讲义截图黄色部分，efficiency ratio需要同时用到B/S表和I/S表两张表的数据，单一的B/S表是不能衡量资产使用效率的
