课后题说的”leveraged recapitalization” 和讲义上说的 “recapitalization” 方法还是”financial buyer”? 如果是recapitalization，讲课视频里面说recapitalization 好处就是”不但拿到了钱而且还有control of the company”, 坏处是”too much leverage is not good for the firm, and would be hard to exit in other ways in the future”. 可是课本13题的答案却说缺点是”relinquish control”, 而没说leverage 对公司不好。
