deep vallue investing是指深度价值，不一定表示公司快要破产。一些deep vallue investing也是可以分红的。

我觉得是contrarian investing, 通过P/B得知C的股价偏低，为什么不能说是contrarian investing？

contrarian investing有两个特征，一是估值低。二是这个估值低的原因，是投资者情绪悲观，让股价趋势性下跌导致。

也就是说，contrarian investing必须包含市场因素，而不只是基本面因素。

本题信息点里，并没有第二点，因此不能判断为contrarian investing。
