您好，trustee指的是受托人，既可以是投资机构也可以是个人，取决于合同条款如何设立的。在一个信托（trust）关系中，由委托人-受托人-受益人构成。在我们国家，信托公司就是扮演了受托人的角色，您看很多家族信托计划，钱是委托人出的，信托公司帮忙管理这些资金如何支配，最后的受益人是这些委托人的亲眷，这就是一个很完整的信托关系。
