同学很善于思考，棒棒哒~

只是，如果从发展中国家，发达国家的角度来解题，这里面是有一些小问题的。

问题在于，这只是一种推测，不够精确。

即同学推测：发展中国家一定会有很多资本投入。这是代入了中国的例子。

但实际上，世界上有很多的发展中国家，它不一定有能力来吸引很多的资本去投入。

这个发展中国家，由于缺乏资本，就一直没有发展起来。

这样的国家，是非常多的了。


因此，事实究竟如何，还要看具体的数字。

这道题的资本投入，是可以计算出明确的数字的。

我们选择最大的那个数字就可以。
