嗨，从没放弃的小努力你好：


前面5年没有归还利息，所以第61期期初的本金还是10万，因此先算一下每个月还多少钱

N=25*12=300， I/Y=5/12， PV=-100000，FV=0

PMT算出来是584.59

每个月的利息归还是100000*5%/12

然后用584.59-100000*5%/12=167.92
