我怎么觉得收购golden公司导致ABC投资增长有两个方面，一个购买当时导致的investment的增加，数值是ABC期末investment和期初investment的差，另一个是期末子公司净利润的20%计入ABC的NI，同时增加ABC的investment，所以ABCinvestment的增加＝196-150＋550×20%＝156，总资产剔除投资的话是6125-156＝5969，收入/资产＝5677/5969＝95%

“1.那期初和期末价值的差额是什么？”——这里题目并没有给出足够的信息告诉考生这个差额是由什么构成的，我们不可以主观臆断

“2.利润550×20%是不是会计入investment？难道是包含在196里面了？”———是的，子公司的利润归属于母公司的部分，必须包含在期末investment的余额中

“ 3.如果包含在196里面了，那期初investment加上110，应该大于196，难道还有investment的减项？”——是的，这是很正常的，例如子公司的公允价值出现了下滑，或investment中包含的GW出现了下降都会导致investment的减少，但是题目没有给足够信息，所以我们不可以主观臆测测

本题就是一道简单的计算ROA的题目，同学不要想太复杂了

注意这个绿色的逗号，说明这整体是互相有联系的——也就是说这里题目的意思是：ABC对Golden公式的这笔投资期初的价值是150，期末的价值是196

至于ABC有没有别的投资，总的investment的金额是多少，本题是没有提供足够信息的

1.那期初和期末价值的差额是什么？ 2.利润550×20%是不是会计入investment？难道是包含在196里面了？ 3.如果包含在196里面了，那期初investment加上110，应该大于196，难道还有investment的减项？

同学你好，首先，在财务中，如果题目特意求ROA，ROE之类ratio的数值，是需要特别注意用期末asset和期初asset做平均以后的值作为分母，而不能仅用期末asset做分母求解的，所以你用的公式“收入/资产＝5677/5969＝95%”本身就是不准确的

其次，题目的要求是“excluding the investment in associates”来计算ROA，也就是要把investment整个剔除掉，也就是把期初和期末的asset中investment的部分直接都减去即可——所以你仅剔除啊asset中的investment的增加值是不符合题目要求的

剔除的是这笔收购带来的investment啊，资产负债表期初的investment本来就有数儿啊，资产负债表是时点值，又不是像利润表是当年发生值，期初的数儿又不是这笔收购产生的，是之前收购别的公司存留下来的，凭什么剔除，要剔除的只是这笔收购带来的影响，当然是当期的增加值。
