Interim reports包括哪些?不包括10-K吧？Form 10-Q包括吧？ 8-K、DEF-14A、3、4、5、144、11-K是不是都不包括呀？


Interim reports顾名思义就是中期报告的意思，而同学所列举的10-K等都是美国SEC要求企业披露的除年报外的信息，


1934年证券交易条例发布后，证券管理委员会（SEC）要求上市公司当某一年有某种特殊事项发生时，填报含有中期资料的8K表；


1945年SEC开始要求公司采用8K表提供例行的季度报告资料；


1949年8K表转为9K表，以后历经了几次变化，到1970开始以包括季度财务报表及相关资料在内的 10Q表代替9K表。


直到1973年，美国会计原则委员会（APB）才发布了涉及中期财务报告会计计量原则的第28号意见书（APB28），1974年财务会计准则委员会（FASB）又发布了对APB28某些段落进行修正的第三号财务会计准则（FAS3）。


这些同学可以少做了解，主要看我们讲义上的，如下图我们会发现10-K是年度报告的，11-K也是年度报告的。考题是不太可能去考哪一张表属于Interim reports的哈，会考它们的作用都是为了提供了年报以外的补充信息。

关于中期财务报告，以下哪项最不准确？


B选项说中期报表也要求审计，该知识点如下图，虽然审计一年最少一次，但中报不要求。


Interim reports包括半年报和季报，A选项是正确的，关于8k10k和10q的内容在基础班讲义第18页。


C选项说Interim reports给分析者提供了年报以外的补充信息。Interim reports是指半年报或者季度报。


确实是给分析者提供了更加多的信息，这种说法是对的。


因此选B。
