同学你好,行权价大于市场价,就是不可以行权的哦

但是题目没有说要行权啊,题目说的就是这种情况下员工不能行权,导致员工的stock option 的收入就拿不到了——那C选项说的“只要员工工作的足够多就能stock option行权”的说法跟事实就是不相符的,所以C选项错

同学你好,行权价当然可以大于市场价,这就叫价外期权

C选项的意思你再仔细看一下,是说有些时候stock option是无法行权因而造成员工无法获得这个stock option授予所带来的薪酬的

这种情况就是行权价大于了市场价,导致员工无法行权,就无法履行
