在基础讲义113页这里，涉及到growth rate of potential GDP的知识点。见红框里圈出的公式。


我们根据potential GDP增长率的公式发现，经济潜在增长，与技术、资本、劳动力有关。

而且呈现正比关系。


技术越好、资本投入越多、劳动力越多，潜在经济增长率就越高。反之则越低。


其中，劳动生产率，又取决于技术和资本。


结合本题：本题使用公式：潜在GDP增长率 = 劳动生产率增长率 + 劳动力增长率。

Z国家的潜在增长率最低，因此国家信用风险也最高。正确答案选A。
