是的,题目中一般只给一个要求回报率R,所有现金流一般统一都用一个r进行折现

同学你好,题目的$20是0时刻的价值V0,不是第三年年末的价值V3

所以应该是用以下公式才能计算长期增长率g

20 = D1/(1+8%) + D2/(1+8%)^2 + D3/(1+8%)^3 +( D3*(1+g)/(8%-g))/(1+8%)^3
