是的，折现率站在融资者（发行人）的角度就是资本成本，站在投资者角度是要求回报率。

  • 公司或者金融资产的风险越高，那么融资者（发行人）的融资成本就会提高，也就是资本的使用成本提高，估值时用到的折现率越高。
  • 投资者角度，投资的公司或者金融资产风险越高，那么投资者就会要求更高的风险补偿（回报），同理


题干中的财务模型指的就是估值模型，因为估值模型中分子的测算是通过财务建模得到的，需要预测未来多年的公司财务数据，例如利润表中的销售收入、销售成本……进而得到净利润，才通过一系列计算得到分子上用的现金流。
