你可以把优先股理解程一种特殊的债券，分红比率dividend rate(本题6.6%）是指的优先股的coupon rate,如果知道了优先股的面值，那就可以计算每一期优先股的分红值D=面值*coupon rate（dividend rate）
yield on comparable preferred stock是指可比公司的优先股的要求回报率，也就是D /r中的r,因为本题没有提及公司自己优先股的要求回报率，所以就用可比公司的要求回报率替代
