劳动参与率+潜在劳动力，合起来叫什么？

潜在劳动力是指适龄劳动人口。例如16-60岁的人。

但是这部分有人不参加劳动，

例如16-24岁的人要上学读书。

另外25-60岁的人中，有人因为生育、或者已经攒够了钱享受生活，主观意愿上，不想参加劳动。

那么去掉这部分，在劳动年龄，但是主观意愿上并不愿意劳动的人，剩下的愿意去劳动的人，就是劳动参与者。


因此，这两个合起来就是劳动力（labor force）。
