同学你好，net operating income就是EBIT，就是在gross profit之后，再扣除SG&A之类的销售，管理，一般费用（这些都是企业正常经营所必须花费的支出，但是并不直接和销售收入有一一对应关系，所以不属于COGS），剩下的企业利润就是net operating income营业收入了

在net operating income 之后，如果公司没有别的特殊业务的话，就到了扣减net interest expense利息费用和income tax所得税费用，然后就得到NI净利润了
