对的，你说的三个都违反了！

如果是在做业绩展示，将expected performance说错了实际业绩，那就违反了III(D) Performance Presentation。

因为不是fair/accurate/complete

When communicating investment performance information, Members and Candidates must make reasonable efforts to ensure that it is fair, accurate, and complete.

如果将expected performance说成了实际业绩，也会违反misrepresentation。因为这是untrue statement。

A misrepresentation is any untrue statement or omission of a fact or any statement that is otherwise false or misleading.

同时，也违反了communication with clients.

Standard V(B) requires that opinion be separated from fact.

expected performance不是fact。
