D选项,B公司的CEO乘坐商用飞机而不是私人飞机所节省的排放量。碳排放不计算节省的,也就是说不抵扣。如果CEO乘坐普通民航,核算的就是乘坐普通民航的碳排放(C选项就是这个意思);如果乘坐的是私人飞机,核算的就是乘坐私人飞机的碳排放。所谓的节省出来的碳排放本身不进行核算的,而且很简单的道理,你省多少是你自己说的算,这没法衡量,如果算进去,那所有员工都会说我今天坐公汽上班,比开车节省了××碳排放,难道要把这些节省的全部递减公司的总排放量吗
