但是的确语法会很影响理解，这句话会有歧义，即“mandate中的要求是asset manager提出的“，明显意思就错了，也会让人误认为这是出题人的考点。也是没想到原本书的表达会存在这种歧义

这哪是歧义，根本就是错误表述！requirement of和requirement on之间既不存在vague也没有ambiguity，就是很清楚的表述错误！
