不是的，periodic coupon是指fixed coupon，现在spread＜fixed coupon，所以，buyer期初会收到一个upfront premium，但是期间仍要支付fixed coupon，只不过支付的这个fixed coupon是above market的（因为fixed coupon＞spread），所以，正确的表述应该是pays "above market" periodic coupon。
