这个题是问，下列哪种投资策略，需要投资经理最密集的利用其资源？

投资策略中，主动的ESG投资要比被动筛选投入更多的资源，特别是主动参与（engagement）。所以四个选项中，B最需要intensive use of resources.

其它三个选项，还是以筛选为主，比主动参与需要的综合资源少。

Active ownership 就是指的积极主动的所有者投资，是在owner要求下的主动参与，投资经理也需要在受托责任下去履行主动参与职责。并不是说只有owner去主动参与。
