举个例子，我想买苹果，同学A介绍我找同学B买，因为同学B的苹果甜。这里面交易对手方是我和同学B。

资产管理者是管理资金的人，但是资金的所有权属于asset owner，资产管理者的角色就像前面的同学A，是这个市场中的一个中介，他不属于交易对手方
