Net stable funding ratio提出的目的，是督促银行在长期保持一个较为稳定的流动性，时限是一年。所以，Required amount of stable funding的数额，要取决于银行资产端（表内业务及表外业务）的使用情况。如果银行的资产在一年内需要消耗流动性，那么相应地银行就需要更多数量的stable funding。所以Required amount of stable funding的数额要取决于B选项（第三个命题）而不是第二个命题的相对稳定的融资渠道。
