求两个模型的TP和TN的精准度和准确度，那么准确地accuracy rate也就是第一次回答里的所有正确的概率，accuracy rate+error rate=1的，答案里第一行和最后一行两个rate相加=1。
然后是精准度，指的是在所有positive中，是真的的概率，=TP/(FP+TP)，这个rate你可以理解为就是true positive rate。
答案没给的是true negative，但是可以根据true positive的公式引申一下，=TN/(FN+TN)

error rate是错误率，他等于1-所有正确的概率，所有正确的概率=正确的情况/所有情况，正确的情况就是true positive和true negative，所有情况是true positive + true negative + false positive + false negative。
