在acquisition method下partial goodwill，计算goodwill和minority interest为什么有的时候用子公司的FV of net asstes,有的时候又用FV of identifiable net assets?
到底应该用哪个计算，是看题目给的条件吗，如果都给就优先用identifiable，没给identifiable再用net assets？

同学你好，请看以下讲义截图黄色部分，无论是partial goodwill还是full goodwill，都应该是使用net identifiable asset的。
你说的有时候用FV of net assets,有的时候又用FV of identifiable net assets的情况，助教这里猜想应该就跟你说的一样，是因为有的时候题目没有给出identifiable net assets而只给了net assets.
所以就是题目如果都给了，一定是考察我们net assets和identifiable net assets的区别，那就一定是用identifiable net assets；如果题目只给了net assets，那我们也没得选，只能用net assets了
