这个是结论哈，但是其实挺好理解的

ROIC 可以理解为是项目的实际收益，COC 可以理解为是项目的成本或者要求回报率

背景是公司只投 NPV 大于 0 的项目

如果项目的 NPV 大于 0，会增加股东的价值

如果股东的价值增加，那么收益是大于成本的，不然股东的价值不会增加

所以 ROCI 大于 COC
