嗨，爱思考的PZer你好：

同学你好，如果是control状态，那子公司的I/S表就要100%整个并入母公司的I/S表了

合并前的interest coverage ratio和合并后的interest coverage ratio到底谁打谁小就不可判断了

因为我们无法知道子公司的利息费用和EBIT和母公司相比到底孰大孰小了
