Indemnity plan: 被保人可以去任何医院诊所，但是被保人需要付部分的医药费，这部分医药费事先在保单里有签订具体的比例，比如付医药费的40%，那么剩下的由保险公司承担。

Comprehensive major medical insurance: 被保人可以去任何医院诊所，保险公司会cover大部分的医药费。和Indemnity plan的区别就是，没有规定具体的比例。
