如果officially knows pass CFA level 3 exam, 就说自己eligible for CFA charter，算违规吗？我觉得违规，因为最后earn charter之前还要协会审核申请、工作年限要求和工作内容等步骤。但是原版书后题答案解析中写 “Quinn cannot claim to have finished the CFA Program or be eligible for the CFA charter until he officially learns that he has passed the Level III exam.”
