同学你好，

原假设是 要检验的总体参数（population parameter）=假设的值（hypothesized value）。所以，如果样本给出的证据是总体参数确实就是和假设值一样，说明原假设正确，此时不能拒绝原假设。

如果样本给出的结论是总体参数≠假设值，则此时就和原假设是矛盾的，在这种情况下要拒绝原假设。

所以：

1）C选项的意思是 当样本给出的证据显示总体参数=假设的值时，要拒绝原假设。这个描述反了，此时应该是不能拒绝原假设；

2）本题只是对拒绝原假设的原则做一个定性的说明，并不是真的去做假设检验，也看不出两个值是否真的相等与否。
