Is highlighted answer here correct? Isn't positively skewed contain more probability in the left but a few extreme positive values on the right tail?

对于positively skewed的分布自身来说，是“has frequent small losses and a few extreme gains”，所以在positive skewed分布自身的图像中，“frequent small losses”导致分布中心偏左的概率要超过右尾的概率，而“a few extreme gains”又导致右尾的概率超过左尾的概率。
