C选项意为：在双尾检验中，当要检验的总体参数和原假设中的假设值（hypothesized value）相等时，要拒绝原假设。

这个描述是反的。双尾检验的原假设是总体参数μ=hypothesized value，如果检验的结果是μ=hypothesized value，则检验证据和原假设相符，此时不能拒绝原假设。

拒绝原假设的前提应是假设值和总体参数不相等（evidence supports inequality）。

1）如果原假设是μ=10，则此时μ就是要检验的总体参数（population parameter），10就是给这个参数所假设的值（hypothesized value）；

2）本题没有具体做假设检验，只是从定性的角度来描述拒绝原假设的原则，不涉及到具体做检验时才会有的test stastistic和critical value。
