老师，好 2017flator=2017 nominG/2017 reG。nominG有了，但reG=current output×base price，base price是2016年的，但是current output没有提到。如果2017 reG直接代入200，那就默认16和17年的产量相同。可是题干就没有提到两年产量相同，直接代入200让人很费解啊。
