同学你好,

1)Stated annual interest rate都需要转化;

2)对于非连续计息的情况,需要根据计息频率转化为期间利率,期间利率=Stated annual interest rate/m,m为计息频率(compounding frequency);

3)对于非连续计息的情况,如果能用期间利率计算,就可以直接用期间利率按计算器,没有必要多算一步EAR。但如果题目求的是和年度相关的情况,例如求N是多少年,这时候将I/Y转化为EAR可以直接按出结果。

4)对于连续计息的情况(continuous compounding),转化方式为直接转化为EAR,EAR=e的r次方 -1,r为Stated annual interest rate;

老师我想问问,讲义里的EAR的公式是还有一个减1的部分,我看你在第四点里联系计息的情况下才提到这个减1.那是否在其他情况下直接用公式FV=PV(1+r/m)^mn就行了吗?

FV=PV(1+r/m)^mn适用于没有期间现金流的情况。例如已知现值求终值,中间没有其他的PMT现金流干扰。此时也可以用计算器来求,输入的PMT=0.

有PMT的情况下,需要用计算器第三排五个键来求。
