老师,请问这道题我的解题思路和公式是这样的,为什么是错的?(1)4%半年计息,为什么带入EAR公式,就不是2%呢?(2)计算每笔存款的FV,代入FV=PV(1+r/m)^m,结果完全不同。是否还是公式理解不到位?

考试时间很紧张的时候,是否有快速判断用哪个计算的办法?

同学你好,

1)本题答案解析的表格中,使用的利率是半年期的期间利率2%;

2)FV=PV(1+r/m)^m是一年的FV,多年FV的公式为FV=PV(1+r/m)^mn ,其中n为需要复利的年数。以第一年的4,000为例,复利到第四年还需要3年,所以就是4,000×(1+4%/2)^(2×3)=4,000×1.02^6;

3)对于没有PMT的题目,直接用以上公式计算,往往要比按计算器快捷。
