B选项说的是资本账户剩余代表了(S+T)-(I+G)，这是错误的。

应该是经常账户剩余X-M而非资本账户剩余M-X，代表了(S+T)-(I+G)



C选项说的是，资本账户剩余代表了，I+G=S+T.这也是错的。

资本账户剩余表明M-X大于0，也就(I-S) + ( G-T)大于0，即I+G要大于S+T
