公司可以 adopt CFA code and standard作为员工守则去约束员工。的确Code and Standard是约束个人的，但公司可以参考code and standard 去约束自己的员工，完全OK。

所以针对Code and standard的那句话错误。

Namely： 1. code and standard 本来是约束个人的准则，公司可以参考他去约束自己的员工，本题里说的很清楚，as a firm，他不能遵守，并没有说要去约束员工； 2.AMC，用来约束公司的，按这么说，也可以是公司用来约束个人的咯？所以不论AMC还是code and standard都可以即约束个人又约束公司？
