同学是不是记混了，C是保留意见的意思，如果是严重违背会计准则是adverse opinion。保留意见指的所列事项并不是重大错误。

Qualified opinion：

There is some scope limitation or exception to accounting standards. Exceptions are described in the audit report with additional explanatory paragraphs so that the analyst can determine the importance of the exception.
