请问这道题中的C选项,问的是unit sales比40多了5%,也就是42,为什么不用42Million再算一个DOL,也就是3.5来和4做比较,而是要用4*5%?不理解这么做的意思。

你好像没太理解什么是杠杆。杠杆是由于企业支出固定成本而产生的,不会随销售量的升高而改变。经营性杠杆的作用是如果销售上升5%会使得EBIT被放大4倍(上升20%)。
