老师,为什么这道题不求EAR呢?为什么我觉得用EAR除以4,才是最终计算器要带入的1/Y呢

同学你好,

1)本题要计算的是季度PMT,这种情况下只能用季度利率和季度数来计算,不能使用年利率;

2)EAR是复利计息下的有效年利率,除以4是单利的去年化形式,这两者不能混用。

需要去“除以m”的是stated annual interest rate,stated annual interest rate=对应期间利率×计息频率m
